A simpler installation for a home may take less than 30 minutes, while a comprehensive access control system for a commercial property may take several weeks; this all hinges upon the complexity of the job, the size of the property and any special considerations we need to account for such as business hours. 

With that said, we always strive to provide an approximate timescale with our quotations.

 

 

Is your work covered by a warranty?

Yes – We offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all our installations. This covers any malfunctions or defects in the equipment or installation itself, ensuring your system functions flawlessly for a full year.

In the event you experience an issue with your system not working as intended, simply contact us and our qualified technicians will properly diagnose and repair the problem at no additional cost to you.

 

Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Accidental damage, misuse or neglect of the equipment
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by power surges or electrical issues
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or the weather

 

Do you offer repair services?

Yes – We will never leave our clients high and dry following an installation. Should your newly-installed system break down or need minor maintenance, simply call the DL Access Control team at 01316 639424.

Can you repair a security or access control system installed by somebody else?

Yes – Between our years of practical experience and range of accreditations, there are few (if any) security or access control systems beyond our expertise.

What's the process for installing our access control and security systems in Edinburgh?

5. Installing your system
